PCI Pharma Services and Partners group announced the signing of a definitive agreement to acquire a majority stake in the company by Kohlberg & Company, LLC. Kohlberg is a private equity firm located in Mount Kisco with success in partnering with management companies such as PCI Pharma Services. Partners group is a global private markets investment manager that has approved the sale of its majority equity stake in PCI Pharma Services, representing its clients with its investment partners Thomas H. Lee Partners and Frazier Healthcare Partners. Follow the sale to Kohlberg and Mubadala, Partners Group will hold a minority equity stake in the company. Terms have not been disclosed.
